Fruit Seed Pie Crust
Crust for a 9 inch pie
3 cups sunflower seeds, soaked
1 cup dates or raisins, pitted (any date is good except bread dates)
Put the above through a Champion juicer or food processor. If using the Champion, no water
is neede. If using the food proceesor, add about 2 ounces of
water.
Flatten the seed crust onto the edge. Make it 1/4 inch on the
bottom.
