Celery
Slaw & Dressing

Ingredients
1 large bunch of celery
2 red bell peppers
3 or 4 tomatoes
4 oz fresh walnuts
Instructions
1. Grate the celery and peppers and place in
bowl.
2. Blend the tomatoes and walnuts and use as
dressing.
